Tunnel Light Renovation Project on Xinglin Bridge, Xiamen City
Xiamen Xinglin bridge has left and right side, with total length of 2.28 kilometers, including bright tunnel 477 meters and dark tunnel 329 meters. Along 329 meters of the dark tunnel, there are 2 shallow-buried excavation tunnels that underneath pass the Yingxia railway with total length of 188 meters and 2 shallow-buried excavation tunnels that underneath pass the Jiahe Road overpass with total length of 141 meters. This project is carried on with total of 338 lamps. The power consumption for original sodium lamp is 1,541.74 degrees per day while saving 830.62 degrees per day and 303,176.3 degrees per year after replacement. It can save total 245,967 Yuan per year if given electric charge with 0.8113 Yuan each degree and power saving rate becomes 53.88%.
